Your return and exchange options
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after the delivery date. We accept both defective and non-defective returns. A change of mind, a personal preference or choosing the wrong item can qualify just as a damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied, incomplete or materially misdescribed item can qualify for review.
Condition and request details
Eligible goods must be new and unused, in their original condition, with the original packaging, labels and all accompanying accessories. Tell us your order number, the email used at checkout and why you are requesting assistance. For damage, defects, incorrect items or missing parts, include clear photographs or video of the item and its packaging. A defect or delivery problem should be reported before the item is used.
Returning by mail
All approved returns are sent by mail. A free return label is included in the original parcel; there is no charge for that label and no restocking fee. Contact us for authorization and instructions before sending anything back. If the enclosed label cannot be found, ask us for assistance rather than arranging an unauthorized shipment.
Exchanges and refunds
An exchange is subject to the stock available when your request is handled. After a refund is approved, we process it to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit after processing.
